Please note:   You will not be able to order any hats on our website right now ;  we have sold our inventory and our old knitting machines (no longer imported to U.S.) are giving up the ghost.  We will be revising our offerings  but that won't be complete before the 2021 holidays. Many thanks to all our many hat purchasers over the years, and apologies to all who are looking for new hats now.

Our hats are made from certified organic wool in a wide range of natural (right-off-the-sheep) and plant-dyed colors.  We use a mixture of light, medium and heavyweight yarns.

Our Mill End Hats are made from the odds and ends of leftover yarns, so each hat is unique. We show examples of the styles we make, and your hat will be close in color and design to what is pictured.

Hats are a general one-size-fits-all and we do consider special requests to meet your individual needs. Please add a note in our comment field when placing an order.
